Annual New York City Trip

Every year, the Fashion Marketing classes take a trip to New York City. They get to go to a broadway show, shop in SOHO, go out to dinner at famous NYC resturants, visit a famous designer, and learn about the fashion industry.

We got to meet Cynthia Rowley and see her showroom! Usually, students get to visit a showroom each year on the trip. Students learn about the company and ask any questions about what interests them in the fashion industry.

We got a chance to meet Jonathan Lipnicki at Planet Holloywood, while he was promoting Stuart Little on our trip in '99.

On the '99 NYC trip, we got to eat at a new resturant called Mars 2414. These girls pose for a quick picture while waiting outside.

Planet Hollywood is usually one of the places the students eat while on the trip. The Planet Hollywood in NYC is really neat and the have great food!

On the '99 NYC trip, we visited the Guess? showroom. We learned the differences of companies with buyers, versus ones with designers.

One of the great things about NYC is the city at night. This picture was taken in Times Square while on the way to see the broadway show "Saturday Night Fever".
